Zaklina Bilny
RekryteringskonsultŻaklina stepped into the HR and recruitment world just over a year and a half ago, after a previous career as a swimming coach for elite athletes. In her previous role, she worked on identifying potential, developing talent and adapting training programs to help individuals grow and perform at their best, experiences that today characterize her way of working with people even outside the pool.
She thinks the best thing about working at Get Skills is the freedom to run projects in her own way and the trust she receives from her team. Here, she feels supported, encouraged to develop and inspired by being surrounded by people who truly believe in what they do.
Get Skills' three key words – Person, Potential, Performance is something she herself lives by. For her, it's about seeing the person behind the CV, believing in individuals' ability to grow and together create real change.
Her colleagues describe her as positive, energizing and motivating. She herself highlights her three strengths: being open, honest and persistent, qualities that make her never give up. The competitive instinct is still there and yes, she can still swim faster than most people she knows. In her role, Żaklina is particularly passionate about talent supply and recruitment, because she knows what a difference the right match can make; both for people and companies.
If she had to choose a superpower? It would be her can-do attitude, the ability to always find solutions, no matter the situation. And the soundtrack to her working life? Of course: "Work" with Rihanna and Drake, it just popped up right away.
