Żaklina stepped into the HR and recruitment world just over a year and a half ago, after a previous career as a swimming coach for elite athletes. In her previous role, she worked on identifying potential, developing talent and adapting training programs to help individuals grow and perform at their best, experiences that today characterize her way of working with people even outside the pool.
She thinks the best thing about working at Get Skills is the freedom to run projects in her own way and the trust she receives from her team. Here, she feels supported, encouraged to develop and inspired by being surrounded by people who truly believe in what they do.
